This proposal remained as it is and not decided so far<br \/>\nby respondent No.1.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tTherefore,<br \/>\nit is directed to respondent No.1 to consider proposal sent by  Chief<br \/>\nDistrict Health Officer, Sabarkantha District Panchayat, Himmatnagar<br \/>\ndated 27.6.2010 (Annexure-H, Page-111) and take appropriate decision<br \/>\nin the aforesaid proposal,  within a period of 2 months from date of<br \/>\nreceiving copy of present order and communicate the decision to both<br \/>\nrespondent No.2 as well as petitioner immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIn<br \/>\nview of aforesaid observations and directions, present petition is<br \/>\ndisposed of without expressing any opinion on merits.
