No. 13154 of 2008<\/p>\n<p>         Essentially the relief claimed in this petition is of retiral benefits.<\/p>\n<p>It has been brought out from the reply that the petitioner has been paid<\/p>\n<p>gratuity amount of Rs. 2,95,572\/-, Provident Fund of Rs. 3,78,102\/-, Rs.<\/p>\n<p>1,177.99\/- towards increment arrears and Rs. 10,283\/- towards difference of<\/p>\n<p>gratuity in the year 2007. In regard to the claim for interest on delayed<\/p>\n<p>payment from 2007 to 2008 in view of the explanation given in the written<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> C.W.P.
