It is alleged that<\/p>\n<p>                    two trucks were found moving on the highway loaded with sand which<\/p>\n<p>                    allegedly belong to the same persons, namely, Naresh Sah. Both the<\/p>\n<p>                    trucks have the same registration number though the chassis number and<\/p>\n<p>                    engine number were different. This simply cannot be correct. This has<\/p>\n<p>                    led the police to believe that the trucks appear to be stolen property.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Be that as it may, upon proper identification and proper<\/p>\n<p>                    surety, the petitioner abovenamed, being driver, is directed to be released<\/p>\n<p>                    on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                    with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                    Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Bela Police Station Case No 145 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                    dated 03.09.2010 (G R No 2266 of 2010).\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>    M.E.H.\/                                                (Navaniti Prasad Singh)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
