However,<br \/>\n\tsubsequently it<br \/>\n\thas been rejected on the ground that he surrendered late by one day<br \/>\n\tfrom parole, and, therefore, the order came to be passed by<br \/>\n\tSuperintendent, Central Jail. Referring to this aspect, it is<br \/>\n\tspecifically mentioned in the note in para-2 that in fact parole was<br \/>\n\tgranted but considering the other fact of his late surrender, it has<br \/>\n\tbeen withdrawn.\n<\/p>\n<p>Having<br \/>\n\tperused the papers and having heard learned APP Mr.Mengdey,<br \/>\n\tit appears that he has surrendered late by one day from parole for<br \/>\n\twhich Jail Manual provides appropriate steps. However, considering<br \/>\n\tthe ground mentioned and when parole was already granted, the<br \/>\n\twithdrawal would not be justified on the ground of late surrender.<br \/>\n\tHowever, interest of just would be served if I.G. (Prison) is<br \/>\n\tdirected to decide the same within a week from today after taking<br \/>\n\tall relevant papers.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule<br \/>\n\tis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
