2. The facts of the case are as follows:<\/p>\n
It is stated that the mother of re\u00e9\ufb01dndeets   <\/p>\n
\ufb01led the Civil Suit in O.S.No.234\/ 19\u00a2; “inc  <\/p>\n
Civil Judge, Senior Division, seeing’. g’ “or a”<\/p>\n
mandatory injunction, tez\ufb01emolish   been<\/p>\n
constructed on the suit  by the petitioner

  when the case was posted for mass\u00bb<\/p>\n
‘ said witness on 12.01.2006, the counsel<\/p>\n

\nis of the year 1997. The {:11 the suit have

\npetitioner is   pendency of this

hence be ajppgnptiate, ‘extent: there was default on the part of<\/p>\n
