The amendment carried out pursuant<br \/>\nto the order passed in the written statement shall be deemed to have<br \/>\nbeen deleted from the written statement.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tWith<br \/>\nthe above observations, the petition stands disposed of.  Rule is<br \/>\nmade absolute.
