UDAKISHANGANJ, DISTRICT MADHEPURA.\n                                                Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR.\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   11.03.2011                    Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                      the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner is an accused in a case<\/p>\n<p>                      registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                      Penal Code and 25(1-B) A, 26\/35 of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner submits that though he was<\/p>\n<p>                      apprehended on spot, still no incriminating material<\/p>\n<p>                      was recovered from his possession. He submits that he<\/p>\n<p>                      is in custody since 21.5.2010. Learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                      State opposes the prayer for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   In the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                      the petitioner, namely, Amit Kumar is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                      released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                      (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                      each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                      Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S.
