On<\/p>\n<p>allegations of certain misconducts, disciplinary action has been<\/p>\n<p>initiated against the petitioner and the petitioner has been suspended<\/p>\n<p>from service. Against the suspension, the petitioner has filed Ext.P9<\/p>\n<p>petition before the 1st respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P9 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>       2.   I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>       3.
