Respondent(s)\n\n                                ***\n<\/pre>\n<p>CORAM : HON&#8217;BLE MR.JUSTICE AJAY TEWARI<\/p>\n<p>                                ***<\/p>\n<p>Present :    Mr. Sanjeev Gupta, Advocate<br \/>\n             for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                ***<\/p>\n<p>AJAY TEWARI, J (Oral)<\/p>\n<p>             The only argument raised by counsel for the petitioner is that<\/p>\n<p>even though notice on various applications filed by him has been issued by<\/p>\n<p>the learned Tribunal, the Presiding Officer is on leave till 18.1.2009 and for<\/p>\n<p>this reason his application for interim relief cannot be considered and that<\/p>\n<p>this Court should grant protection till such time as the Presiding Officer<\/p>\n<p>does not hold the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>             In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a<\/p>\n<p>direction to respondent No.1 not to dis-possess the petitioner till 19.1.2009.<\/p>\n<p>             Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>under the signatures of the Reader of this Court.<\/p>\n<pre>                                          ( AJAY TEWARI              )\nJanuary     15, 2009.
