Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 120\/2009, registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                     406, 420 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Finding the petitioner&#8217;s case identical to that of co-<\/p>\n<p>                     accused person namely, Raj Kumar, who has already been granted<\/p>\n<p>                     bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 28766 of 2010,<\/p>\n<p>                     prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is also allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above<\/p>\n<p>                     named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a<\/p>\n<p>                     period of one month from today, shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                     sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.,<\/p>\n<p>                     Danapur, in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 120\/2009,<\/p>\n<p>                     subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of<\/p>\n<p>                     Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>          m.p.
