Bichho Devi, wife of Deoki Mandal\n                                                 Versus\n                                        The State Of Bihar\n                                     ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   26.09.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                     State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for<\/p>\n<p>                     the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201\/34 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                     Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering that the petitioners are the parents-<\/p>\n<p>                     in-law of the deceased and there is no specific overt act<\/p>\n<p>                     alleged against them, let the petitioners above named, be<\/p>\n<p>                     released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five<\/p>\n<p>                     thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each or<\/p>\n<p>                     any other surety to be fixed by the court concerned to the<\/p>\n<p>                     satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                     580 of 2010, subject to the following conditions: (i) That one<\/p>\n<p>                     of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners, who<\/p>\n<p>                     will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related<\/p>\n<p>                     with the petitioners.
