The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>apprehends arrest by the Mannarkkad Police on an accusation<\/p>\n<p>of having committed non bailable offence.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    The leaned Public Prosecutor on instructions, submits<\/p>\n<p>that no crime is registered against the petitioner at Mannarkkad<\/p>\n<p>police station, Palakkad District and that there is no move to<\/p>\n<p>arrest the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>     The submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor is<\/p>\n<p>recorded and the Bail Application is closed.<\/p>\n<p>                                    K.T.
