Manakiya Devi wife of Nathuni Ram\n                                                Versus\n                                        The State Of Bihar\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   19.10.2011               Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                  State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                  offence under Sections 304B, 498A\/34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                  Code and \u00be of the Dowry Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering that the petitioners are the father-in-<\/p>\n<p>                  law and mother-in-law of the deceased and there is no<\/p>\n<p>                  specific overt act alleged against them, let the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                  above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                  Rs. 5,000\/-(Five thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                  amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court<\/p>\n<p>                  concerned to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                  Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Baniyapur<\/p>\n<p>                  P.S. Case No.165 of 2008, subject to the conditions (i) That<\/p>\n<p>                  one of the bailor will be a close relative of the petitioners who<\/p>\n<p>                  will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related<\/p>\n<p>                  with the petitioners. The bailor will undertake to furnish<\/p>\n<p>                  information to the Court about any change in address of the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioners.
