                                  In the case of theft of informant’s Tata Sumo,<\/p>\n
                      petitioner’s name appear in confession of co-accused, Rajesh<\/p>\n
                      Sahani and remained in custody since 15.07.2010.<\/p>\n
                                  Taking that into consideration, prayer of the<\/p>\n
                      petitioner for bail is allowed.\n<\/p>\n
                                  Let the above named petitioner be enlarged on<\/p>\n
                      bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n
                      with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n
