The presence of other parties to<br \/>\n\tthe proceedings may not be required at this stage since the main<br \/>\n\trelief is against the Official Liquidator for security bills.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tthe facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the grounds<br \/>\n\tstated in the application for condonation of delay, the delay of 44<br \/>\n\tdays in preferring the appeal is condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplication is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
