Subsequently it was brought to the<\/p>\n<p>notice of this Court yesterday,         that the condition was not<\/p>\n<p>complied with. There was no representation for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>yesterday and hence the case was adjourned to this date. Today<\/p>\n<p>also, there is no representation for the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>           Therefore, no interference is called for.
