In the first four matters, in<br \/>\nthe affidavit-in-reply, there is an averement with regard to a note,<br \/>\nwhich is said to have been attached with the said affidavit-in-reply<br \/>\non record. Mr.B.B. Naik, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the<br \/>\nRevenue has sought for sometime to produce the said note on the<br \/>\nrecord of these petitions.
