Raman, J:\n<\/p>\n<p>      Both these applications relate to installation of new machinery<\/p>\n<p>for preparation of &#8216;Aravana&#8217;. This Court had passed an order dated<\/p>\n<p>20.08.2009 in DBA No. 108 of 2009 permitting the Board to call for<\/p>\n<p>the tenders, subject to the condition that the finalisation of tender and<\/p>\n<p>further proceedings would be only with the approval of this Court.<\/p>\n<p>      2.  Pursuant to the said order, tenders have been called for.<\/p>\n<p>These application are moved for final sanction.                                        Applications are<\/p>\n<p>supported by affidavits.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Heard the learned Government Pleader as well as the<\/p>\n<p>Standing Counsel for the Board.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the facts and circumstances in the affidavit, sanction is<\/p>\n<p>accorded. The estimate and other expenditure relating to the work will<\/p>\n<p>be subject to usual audit.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                  P.R.
