Arman\n                                               Versus\n                                       The State Of Bihar\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       29.06.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                     as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state.<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since<\/p>\n<p>                     14.03.2011 and the allegation against him is that he sold<\/p>\n<p>                     stolen vehicle to the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering      the    aforesaid     facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                     circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner, namely, Md. Arman be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                     sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihar<\/p>\n<p>                     P.S.
