MITTAL\n\nPresent:-    Mr. Suman Jain, Advocate\n             for the petitioner.\n                   -----\n\nORDER:\n<\/pre>\n<p>             This petition seeks quashing of letter dated 2.6.2008 by<\/p>\n<p>which tender of the petitioner was accepted, letter dated 9.9.2008 by<\/p>\n<p>which contract given to the petitioner was cancelled for default of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner in executing the work, letter dated 17.11.2008 by which<\/p>\n<p>process of retendering was initiated at the risk and cost of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and letter dated 11.12.2008 by which letter dated 17.11.2008 was<\/p>\n<p>cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Contention raised in the petition is that tender could be<\/p>\n<p>accepted only within 60 days but it was accepted beyond 60 days and<\/p>\n<p>alternatively, the petitioner was now willing to execute the work.<br \/>\n C.W.P. No.21411 of 2008<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           We are of the view that the issue raised cannot be gone into<\/p>\n<p>in writ jurisdiction, the same being purely a matter of contract involving<\/p>\n<p>disputed questions.\n<\/p>\n<p>           The petition is dismissed, without prejudice to any other<\/p>\n<p>remedy in accordance with law.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n                                           ( ADARSH KUMAR GOEL )\n                                                  JUDGE\n\n\nDecember 22, 2008                                 ( L.
