‘In_t~his writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a writ in<\/p>\n

and also the sale deed in favour of respondent no.4 and for a<\/p>\n
direction to the respondents to restore the house property7lb_e’aring<\/p>\n

and allotted one such house bearing   <\/p>\n
economic weaker sections as perallotme-ntlietterV:dated_i8V,4.31984_.VVi\u00bb<\/p>\n
In this provisional allotment it is…specifi’e_d that”theAcost of house<\/p>\n
as Rs.l9,ll3\/–. It is \ufb01irtherllspeci\ufb01eldfthatpetitioner has to pay<\/p>\n
initialipavnientiref…Rs\u00ab..9,763f’~___andj the balance was treated as loan
\nand the sarrie is to  paid on installments. Accordingly, the<\/p>\n
petitiolner paid “a,s_um. of Rs.9763\/– under four installments<\/p>\n
 9 hletween:111:;?;.:l985 and 27.1.1986. On 10.12.1990 a registered sale<\/p>\n
 was .ei{ecuted in favour of the petitioner and on 5.1.1991 the<\/p>\n
 possession was delivered. The petitioner after taking possession of<\/p>\n
l the house in question failed to pay the balance amount in terms of<\/p>\n
V’  the allotment. Despite service of notices, the petitioner failed to<\/p>\n

pay amounts due. The respondents having no other alternhattive<\/p>\n
cancelled the allotment made in favour of the petitioner,’ liforfeited. .<\/p>\n

‘ representations on several occasions requesting the respondents to<\/p>\n

reallotted the same in favour of the fourth Zz\ufb01espondent,-.exec13tedila’ip<\/p>\n
