Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :05\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                           KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n                ---------------------------------------\n                    W.P.(C) No.15712 OF 2006\n                ---------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 5th day of September, 2008.\n\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner approached this Court with the following prayers:<\/p>\n<p>      i)    Issue a writ of mandamus such other writ directing 1st<\/p>\n<p>            respondent to release EMD to the petitioner, deposited<\/p>\n<p>            as per the Ext.P1 within such time this Hon&#8217;ble court<\/p>\n<p>            deem fit to allow.\n<\/p>\n<p>      ii)   Issue a writ of mandamus such directing respondent to<\/p>\n<p>            sanction final bill submitted by the petitioner in respect<\/p>\n<p>            of the work of Mayyil Bus stand cum Shopping Complex,<\/p>\n<p>            within such time this Hon&#8217;ble Court may deem fit to<\/p>\n<p>            allow.\n<\/p>\n<p>      As far as the first prayer is concerned, the same has been<\/p>\n<p>granted by the interim order dated 07.04.2008.
