Yogendra Mandal\n                                              Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      13.01.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                     and learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Submission of the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioners is that petitioners are mother-in-law and<\/p>\n<p>                     father-in-law of the victim lady. They have been made<\/p>\n<p>                     accused in the case due to differences in between the<\/p>\n<p>                     wife and husband for which husband might have<\/p>\n<p>                     taken initiative for reconciliation.<\/p>\n<p>                               Taking that into consideration, prayer of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                               In the event of arrest or surrender within<\/p>\n<p>                     one month from the date of receipt\/production of a<\/p>\n<p>                     copy of this order in connection with Khaira P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>                     No. 138 of 2010, above named petitioners shall be<\/p>\n<p>                     released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                     like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Jamui<\/p>\n<p>                     subject to the conditions as laid down under Section<\/p>\n<p>                     438(2) of Cr.
