Justice M.SASIDHARAN NAMBIAR\n\n Dated :29\/11\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                M.Sasidharan Nambiar, J.\n               --------------------------\n                 Crl.M.C.No.4344 of 2010\n               --------------------------\n\n                         ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner, the accused in S.T.No.29\/2010, filed<\/p>\n<p>C.M.P.No.2028\/2010   fur  further  investigation  under<\/p>\n<p>Section  173(8)  of  Code   of  Criminal Procedure.  By<\/p>\n<p>Annexure-A4 order, learned Magistrate dismissed that<\/p>\n<p>petition. This petition is filed under Section 482 of<\/p>\n<p>Code of Criminal Procedure to quash Annexure-A4 order<\/p>\n<p>and to order further investigation.<\/p>\n<p>     2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and learned Public Prosecutor were heard.<\/p>\n<p>     3. On hearing the learned counsel, I do not find<\/p>\n<p>any reason to interfere with Annexure-A4 order.
