In this connection it is stated that you\nthe office of DE, on the telephone on 19 Feb     may file an appeal in CIC regarding the\n2008(Ref. no. 9381\/RTI dtd. 20\/2\/08).            matter as per RTI 2005.\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>Not satisfied with the PIO&#8217;s reply the appellant filed a First appeal.<br \/>\nThe First Appellate Authority Ordered:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The appeal was heard on 23.05.2008 at 4.00PM. The applicant did not turn up till 5.15 P.M.<br \/>\nThe same appeal was to be heard on 23.05.2008 but on the request of the applicant the date of<br \/>\nhearing was changed to 30.05.2008 at 4.15P.M. The ADE(Act)\/PIO has provided the<br \/>\nrequired information to the applicant vide letter no. DC\/15\/ACT\/ID-1231\/2008\/2986 date<br \/>\n11.4.2008. The applicant remain absent on two different dates of hearing therefore, it was not<br \/>\nascertained on what grounds the applicant is not satisfied with the information provided to<br \/>\nher. Since the applicant remained absent for two different dates therefore, it seems that she is<br \/>\nnot interested in the hearing of her appeal.&#8221; Hence appeal is disposed off.\n<\/p>\n<p>The First appellate authority upheld the PIO&#8217;s reply. Hence the second appeal has been filed.<br \/>\nRelevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Absent<br \/>\nRespondent: Mrs. Abha Joshi Asst.
