             As the issue raised in the main appeal is covered against the
\nappellants in view of the judgment of this Court in R.F.A. No. 2501 of
\n2001– Ved Pal and others v. State of Haryana and others<\/a>, decided on
\n3.5.2006, whereby compensation payable to the land owners has been
\nfurther enhanced by this Court, no orders are required in the application for
\ncondonation of delay in filing the appeal.\n<\/p>\n
             Accordingly, the application as well as the appeal are
\ndismissed.\n<\/p>\n
