This writ petition was filed by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>apprehending that he is likely to be placed under suspension.<\/p>\n<p>It is now submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that<\/p>\n<p>subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, by order dated 03-<\/p>\n<p>11-2010 issued by the third respondent, the distributorship<\/p>\n<p>was suspended and that the same was implemented with<\/p>\n<p>effect from 06-11-2010. Petitioner states that aggrieved by<\/p>\n<p>the order of suspension, he has filed an appeal before the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent. In this writ petition, now the petitioner confines<\/p>\n<p>his prayer for an expeditious disposal of the appeal.<\/p>\n<p>     2.
