SUGHAR KUMAR AMAN, CIVIL SURGEON-CUM-CHIEF\n          MEDICAL OFFICER, AURANGABAD, BIHAR\n                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>06.   08.12.2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The order in the writ petition was to examine the<\/p>\n<p>                   contentions of the petitioner after re-verifying from the<\/p>\n<p>                   records and then pass a reasoned and speaking order.<\/p>\n<p>                   That having done on 1.12.2010 vide Annexure-OP2\/A to<\/p>\n<p>                   the show cause, there is no occasion for this Court to<\/p>\n<p>                   proceed any further in the contempt jurisdiction.
