RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n\n                ---------------------------------------------------\n\n                                    M.F.A.No.972 Of 1999\n\n                 --------------------------------------------------------\n\n                     Dated this the  20 th  day of October, 2006.\n\n\n                                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        This appeal by the insurer is on the question whether it is liable<\/p>\n<p>to satisfy the award, the Tribunal having found that the driver did not<\/p>\n<p>have a valid licence.  The Tribunal has passed the award directing the<\/p>\n<p>insurer to satisfy it and  to be reimbursed by the insured by execution<\/p>\n<p>of the  impugned award.  So much so I do not find any illegality in the<\/p>\n<p>impugned award.   The appeal is dismissed. No costs.<\/p>\n<p>                                                     THOTTATHIL B.
