Case No.<br \/>\n                    144 of 2006 from the Court of Sri Rajeshwar Tiwari,<br \/>\n                    Additional Sessions Judge, II, Purnea.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the circumstance and facts<br \/>\n                    proved by the prosecution in a case under Section 304B<br \/>\n                    of the Indian Penal Code, prayer for bail of appellant<br \/>\n                    no. 1, Pramod Mehta, who is husband of deceased lady,<br \/>\n                    is rejected at this stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Appellant no. 2, Jay Prakash Mehta, is<br \/>\n                    father-in-law considering all the facts as well as his<br \/>\n                    age, his prayer for bail is allowed.
