Case (C).No.424 of 2008-S\n                   ------------------------------------------------------\n                     Dated, this the 10th day of June, 2008\n\n                                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>H.L.Dattu,C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p>              Inter alia, alleging that the respondent-Travancore Devaswom<\/p>\n<p>Board is not obeying the orders and directions issued by this Court in<\/p>\n<p>D.B.A.No.112 of 2007 dated 31.01.2008, the complainants are before us with a<\/p>\n<p>request to take appropriate proceedings against the respondents as provided<\/p>\n<p>under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.<\/p>\n<p>              2. This Court had ordered the issuance of notice to the Board and<\/p>\n<p>the other respondents. They have appeared through their learned counsels.<\/p>\n<p>              3. The learned counsel appearing for the Board would submit that<\/p>\n<p>the Board is now regularly sitting and then discharging its functions diligently. We<\/p>\n<p>have no reason to doubt the correctness or otherwise of the statement made by<\/p>\n<p>the learned counsel appearing for the Board.\n<\/p>\n<p>              4.
