In view of the fact that the applicant<br \/>\nwho is seeking leave to appeal is the body and on whose behalf the<br \/>\nacquisition in question was undertaken.  Learned advocate Mr. Jani<br \/>\nhas fairly submitted that he has no objection if the leave to appeal<br \/>\nis granted.  Learned AGP Ms. Jirga Jhaveri who appears for opponent<br \/>\nno.1 in each application has also stated to the same effect.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHence,<br \/>\nthe relief prayed for in para-7(A) is granted.  The applicants are<br \/>\ngranted leave to appeal.  Rule is made absolute in terms of<br \/>\npara-7(A).
