FARHAD\n                                               Versus\n                                         THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   25.06.2010                  Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   the learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The defence of the petitioner in a Police case under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections       419, 420 and 379 of the Penal Code is that if he<\/p>\n<p>                   committed theft question of former two sections applying does<\/p>\n<p>                   not arise.
