No.746 OF 2006\n         ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n         Dated this the 24th day of February 2010\n         ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n\n\n                           O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     By judgment dated 12\/7\/2006 in the Original Petition, this<\/p>\n<p>Court directed that since the identical question is being<\/p>\n<p>considered by the Government pursuant to directions in<\/p>\n<p>another writ petition, the case of the petitioner shall also be<\/p>\n<p>considered while considering the other case.         The Review<\/p>\n<p>Petition is now filed stating that, before the petitioner&#8217;s case<\/p>\n<p>could be considered by the Government, the other case was<\/p>\n<p>already decided against which W.P(C).No.25764 of 2006 has<\/p>\n<p>been filed and is pending. In the said circumstances, I am of<\/p>\n<p>the opinion that this Original Petition also shall be heard along<\/p>\n<p>with that Original Petition. Accordingly, the Review Petition is<\/p>\n<p>allowed and the Original Petition is restored to file.<\/p>\n<p>     Post the Original Petition along with W.P(C).No.25764 of<\/p>\n<p>2006.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      S.
