The issue<\/p>\n<p>pertains to the selection to the post of Regional Transport Officer\/Assistant<\/p>\n<p>Transport Commissioner. In view of the intervening development whereby<\/p>\n<p>the D.P.C has proposed to include the writ petitioner as 5.A in the select list<\/p>\n<p>in the vacancy that arose in 2008 and since the said list has been approved<\/p>\n<p>by the Government, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Appeal.<\/p>\n<p>      Therefore, the Writ Appeal is closed.<\/p>\n<p>                                                  (KURIAN JOSEPH)<br \/>\n                                                           JUDGE<\/p>\n<p>                                                  (C.T.
