\nThe PIO states that the Appellant had sought “proceedings of general selection
\ncommittees”. Since they do not have any “proceedings of general selection committee”
\nhe stated this in his reply. During the First Appeal he clarified that he wanted copy of the
\n“recommendation of the General Selection Committee”. Consequent to this, the PIO
\nstates that he has supplied the information to the Appellant on 20\/07\/2009.\n<\/p>\n
