Opposite Parties\n                                        ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>4    11-11-2011                   Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  From paragraph 6 of the show cause filed on<\/p>\n<p>                      behalf of opposite party no.4, it appears that Officer-<\/p>\n<p>                      in-charge    of    Shakurabad           Police         Station   within<\/p>\n<p>                      Jehanabad district has taken a categorical stand in letter<\/p>\n<p>                      dated 12-7-2010 addressed to Superintendent of Police,<\/p>\n<p>                      Jehanabad that entire building of the Primary Health<\/p>\n<p>                      Centre including the Malkhana has been vacated and<\/p>\n<p>                      the doctors are running the Health Centre without any<\/p>\n<p>                      obstruction\/ impediment.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Learned counsel for the petitioner submits<\/p>\n<p>that some residential quarters meant for the doctors are<\/p>\n<p>still being occupied by police personnel including the<\/p>\n<p>Officer- in-charge. According to him the direction in<\/p>\n<p>public interest for vacating the premises of Primary<\/p>\n<p>Health Centre would include residential quarters of that<\/p>\n<p>Centre so that doctors can stay in the residential<\/p>\n<p>quarters for proper functioning of the Health Centre.<\/p>\n<p>          Since the Primary Health Centre is said to be<\/p>\n<p>running without any obstruction\/ impediment, this<\/p>\n<p>contempt petition is finally disposed of.
