State of MP &amp; another)\n      13-07-2011\n\n      Shri D.K. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner.\n             The petitioner has filed this petition stating that in spite of a\n      direction issued by the Collector, Chhatarpur to the Land Acquisition\n      Officer, Chhatarpur to conduct an enquiry into the objections raised by\n      the petitioner at the time of assessing compensation in the land\n      acquisition proceedings, the Land Acquisition Officer has not considered\n      the same or passed any award till date.\n             In such circumstances, it is stated by the learned counsel for the\n      petitioner that the petition be disposed of with a direction to the Land\n      Acquisition Officer, Chhatarpur to decide the compensation case of the\n      petitioner and pass an award after duly conducting an enquiry into the\n      objections raised by the petitioner before him.\n             In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the\n      petitioner and looking to the fact that the Collector has already directed\n      the Land Acquisition Officer to conduct an enquiry, the petition filed by\n      the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the Land Acquisition\n      Officer, Chhatarpur (respondent No. 2) to consider the objections raised<\/pre>\n<p>      by the petitioner after duly conducting an enquiry in that regard and<br \/>\n      pass an award in accordance with law expeditiously as far as possible<br \/>\n      within a period of three months from the date of furnishing a copy of the<br \/>\n      order passed by this Court today by the petitioner before him.\n<\/p>\n<p>             With the aforesaid directions the petition filed by the petitioners<br \/>\n      stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>             C.C. as per rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                            (R.S.Jha)<br \/>\n                                                              Judge<br \/>\nmct\n   <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Madhya Pradesh High Court Kamlendra Singh vs The State Of Madhya Pradesh on 13 July, 2011 W.P.No. 11320\/2011 (Kamlendra Singh .v.
