IQBAL\n                                Versus\n                         THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   23.03.2011         Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Section 414\/34 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                         It is alleged that stolen motorcycle was recovered<\/p>\n<p>                   from the possession of the co-accused.     The co-accused<\/p>\n<p>                   Md. Shaba Shamim disclosed the name of this petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                         It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   that no recovery has been made from the possession of<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         A statement has been made in para 6 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.<\/p>\n<p>                         Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   namely Md. Iqbal, in the event of his arrest or surrender<\/p>\n<p>                   before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from<\/p>\n<p>                   today, be released on provisional anticipatory bail for<\/p>\n<p>                   three months on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(ten<\/p>\n<p>                   thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                   the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur<\/p>\n<p>                   in connection with Samastipur (Town) P.S.
