Dagli, learned Advocate for the respondent No.1-Mr.<br \/>\nShishodiya, Divisional Manager, Gujarat Road Transport Corporation,<br \/>\nRajkot Division, Rajkot  and respondent No.2 &#8211; Mr. Gajubha Chudasama,<br \/>\nDepot Manager, Limdi Bus Station, Limbdi,  upon instructions received<br \/>\nfrom them, states that Notice dated 14.9.2010  issued against the<br \/>\npetitioner has been withdrawn in view  of the fact that the<br \/>\npetitioner  has already deposited the arrears of rent  payable by him<br \/>\n  to S.T. Corporation.  Therefore, the said Notice is not going to be<br \/>\nimplemented  by the S.T. Corporation.\n<\/p>\n<p>2\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of the aforesaid statement made by Mr. Ashish M. Dagli, learned<br \/>\nAdvocate for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2,  Mr. Pradeep J. Patel,<br \/>\nlearned Advocate for the petitioner, upon instructions received  from<br \/>\nthe petitioner, who is personally present in the Court,  does not<br \/>\npress this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>3\t\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ashish M.
