Action taken against the order no. Action was to be taken by the CPWD department.\n<\/p>\n<p>       DJB\/FAA\/RTI\/2007\/1247 dated 21\/09\/2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>6. Reply in response to q. no. 15 was to be given after confirmation<br \/>\nof receipt of additional fee deposited by the Appellant as requested by the PIO vide letter no. DJB\/RTI\/Jt.<br \/>\nDir (R) CNNW\/2009\/157 dated 03\/06\/2010. The information was to be given within a week&#8217;s time.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unfair disposal of the Appeal by the FAA.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr. V. K. Malhotra;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Mr. N. M. Solan, Public Information Officer &amp; SE (Central);\n<\/p>\n<p>       The PIO has given considerable information but is now directed to give the following information:<br \/>\n   1-     Query-06: The PIO states that since the water connections are very old of over 50 years no<br \/>\n          records are available.
