Raju for respondent No.2 .\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThese<br \/>\nare applications filed by the applicants stating that Shri Aniruddh<br \/>\nKunvarji Rao was one of the original applicant in First Appeal<br \/>\n(Stamp) No. 1275 of 2006 to First Appeal (Stamp) No. 1278 of 2006.<br \/>\nThat the said Aniruddh Kunvarji Rao passed away on 19.09.2006.<br \/>\nTherefore, it is requested that the applicants be permitted to be<br \/>\njoined as heirs and legal representatives in Misc. Civil Application<br \/>\nNos. 2292 of 2006 to 2295 of 2006  and First Appeal (Stamp) Nos. 1275<br \/>\nto 1278 of 2006, stated above.
