Total number of students studying in Saint Mathew Public School, Pashchim Vihar.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2. Total number of the students belonging to EWS studying in the above school. Mention their name,<br \/>\n      father&#8217;s name and address.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3. Details of the students who have taken admission under E.W.S. between 2009 to 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>   4. Whether Income certificate signed by SDM has been taken from the students who have been<br \/>\n      admitted under E.W.S.\n<\/p>\n<p>   5. Whether son of Mrs. Geetha, Madeepur, New Delhi has been admitted in class- II in this school.\n<\/p>\n<p>   6. If yes, then provide the photocopy of all the documents submitted by him during admission.\n<\/p>\n<p>   7. He has been given admission in the school under which category.\n<\/p>\n<p>   8. Whether Mrs. Geetha had filed any complaint against the school. If yes, then what action has been<br \/>\n      taken on the complaint.\n<\/p>\n<p>Reply of the PIO:\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO had replied accordingly:\n<\/p>\n<p>   1. 306.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2. Q. No. 2 &amp; 3- 34, 27.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3. Q. 4- not maintained in the zone.\n<\/p>\n<p>   4. Q. 5- yes.\n<\/p>\n<p>   5. Q. 6- documents are with the school.\n<\/p>\n<p>   6. Q. 7- half freeship quota.\n<\/p>\n<p>   7. Q. 8- yes, the complaint lodged and action taken by giving admission in Doon Public School under<br \/>\n      E.W.S. as she required in EWS Quota.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds of First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Not satisfied with the information given by the PIO.<br \/>\n Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p>Specific reply to Q. No. 8 be given within 10 days of the receipt of the order.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO in reply of the Q. no. 1 had replied that the list has been attached but no such list has been<br \/>\nprovided. Also, the photocopy of the income certificate signed by SDM had also been asked but the PIO did<br \/>\nnot provide the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>Clear and complete information should be provided by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant : Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Ms. Shukla Malhotra, PIO &amp; Deputy Director;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Respondent states that the complete information has been provided to the Appellant.
