Case No. 70<\/p>\n<p>                           of 2010 for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 466,<\/p>\n<p>                           477(A), 120B, 420, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and 7 (13) (2) read<\/p>\n<p>                           with Section 13 (1) (d) of the P.C.
