We find that the Board had to finalise<\/p>\n<p>the estimate. The learned counsel for the TDB<\/p>\n<p>States that the estimate has been prepared by the<\/p>\n<p>Chief Engineer and forwarded to the Board for<\/p>\n<p>consideration. Let that be finalised within a<\/p>\n<p>period of one month from now and placed before<\/p>\n<p>the learned Ombudsman on whose approval it could<\/p>\n<p>be taken that sanction has been granted and the<\/p>\n<p>work shall be taken up in terms of the report of<\/p>\n<p>the  learned  Ombudsman    and  concluded  at the<\/p>\n<p>earliest within such time frame as may be fixed<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">DBP46\/10             -: 2 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p> by     the  learned    Ombudsman.
