HEMA, J.\n\n                    -----------------------------------------------\n                     Bail Appl.No. 4430 of 2008\n                    -----------------------------------------------\n\n                Dated this the 14th day of July, 2008.\n\n\n                                      ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Petition for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>            2.   The alleged offences are under Sections 8(1) and (2)<\/p>\n<p>of the Kerala Abkari Act. The article involved is 7 litres of arrack. The<\/p>\n<p>incident occurred on 13.6.2008 and the petitioner is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>then.\n<\/p>\n<p>            3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that there was<\/p>\n<p>only one crime against the petitioner and it occurred two years back in<\/p>\n<p>2006. But, he has no objection in granting bail imposing conditions so<\/p>\n<p>that he may not repeat the offence.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Hence, petitioner is granted bail on the following terms and<\/p>\n<p>conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>     i)     Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>            solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>            of the learned Magistrate.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>     2)     Petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer<\/p>\n<p>            on every Monday and Thursday between 10 A.M. and 1<\/p>\n<p>            P.M. until further orders.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>     3)     Petitioner shall not commit any offence while on bail<\/p>\n<p>            and, in case of breach of this condition, bail is liable to<\/p>\n<p>            be cancelled.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>\n      Petition is allowed.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                                        K.
