Case No.87 of 2010 instituted under Section 392<\/p>\n<p>                       of the Indian Penal Code against unknown persons.<\/p>\n<p>                                      It is alleged that in night one motorcycle and mobile<\/p>\n<p>                       phone were looted, subsequently police arrested one Rajeev Kumar,<\/p>\n<p>                       who in his confessional statement has named the petitioner as being a<\/p>\n<p>                       co-conspirator.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Learned counsel for the petitioner states that nothing<\/p>\n<p>                       was recovered from the petitioner nor petitioner has been put on T.I.<\/p>\n<p>                       parade and without these formalities chargesheet has already been<\/p>\n<p>                       filed. No specific role has been attributed to the petitioner in the entire<\/p>\n<p>                       incident.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Be that as it may, let the petitioner above-named be<\/p>\n<p>                       released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees Ten<\/p>\n<p>                       Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                       the C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
