RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n\n= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n          W.P.(C).No.19587 of 2009-P\n\n= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n     Dated this the 14th day of July, 2009.\n\n                   JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>The petitioner challenges Ext.P1 notice issued<\/p>\n<p>under the Land Conservancy Act. The said statute<\/p>\n<p>provides a multi-level decision making process,<\/p>\n<p>including statutory appeals, revisions etc. It is<\/p>\n<p>unnecessary for this Court to interfere with that<\/p>\n<p>notice.\n<\/p>\n<p>However, having regard to the totality of the<\/p>\n<p>facts and circumstances, there is no reason why<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner shall not have at least a month&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>time to file detailed objections to Ext.P1 notice<\/p>\n<p>after   perusing    the    relevant    documents.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, it is ordered that the time granted<\/p>\n<p>for placing objections to Ext.P1 notice will be<\/p>\n<p>one month from today. It is further clarified<\/p>\n<p>that the petitioner will be heard in relation to<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WP(C)19587\/09         -: 2 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p> any further action on the basis of the impugned<\/p>\n<p> Ext.P1 notice.
