Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :27\/02\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                          V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                          ----------------------------\n\n                    Bail Application No. 1062\/2007\n\n                          -----------------------------\n\n                Dated this  27th day of February, 2007\n\n\n                                O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>              The   petitioner   seeks   anticipatory   bail   on   the<\/p>\n<p>allegation   that     Muvattupuzha   police   are   at   his   heels   in<\/p>\n<p>connection with some non bailable  offences registered against<\/p>\n<p>him.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.    The   learned   Public   Prosecutor,   on   instruction,<\/p>\n<p>submitted   that   the   petitioner   is   an   accused   in   crime<\/p>\n<p>No.56\/2007   of   Muvattupuzha   police   station     for   offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under  Sections 447, 294(b), 341 and 323 IPC read<\/p>\n<p>with   Section   34   IPC.     Since   all   the   offences   are   bailable<\/p>\n<p>offences, invocation of Section  438 Cr.P.C is misconceived.<\/p>\n<p>        3.
