THE ACCOUNTANT GENERAL,BIHAR,PATNA.\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>  3    22.11.2010                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   and the respondent State as also the Accountant General.<\/p>\n<p>                                     A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf<\/p>\n<p>                   of the respondent no. 7 i.e., Accountant General Bihar,<\/p>\n<p>                   stating therein to the effect that petitioner has been<\/p>\n<p>                   sanctioned for full claim of pensionable service i.e., 33<\/p>\n<p>                   years.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Learned counsel for the petitioner however,<\/p>\n<p>                   disputes and submits that the Accountant General has not<\/p>\n<p>                   calculated the pension on full qualifying pensionable<\/p>\n<p>                   service of 33 years.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            In the above circumstances, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner submits that for redressal of his aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                   grievances petitioner proposes to file a representation<\/p>\n<p>                   before the respondent no. 7.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            In view of the above, in case such representation<\/p>\n<p>                   stating details of his claims is filed by the petitioner within<\/p>\n<p>                   a period of four weeks along with the certified copy of the<\/p>\n<p>                   present order as also the copy of the relevant documents<\/p>\n<p>                   including   any    sanction   letter   issued   by   the   State<br \/>\n              Government, the above respondent shall consider the<\/p>\n<p>             claims of the petitioner as raised in the representation in<\/p>\n<p>             accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a<\/p>\n<p>             period of four months on receipt of such representation so<\/p>\n<p>             that the grievances of the petitioner may be settled at the<\/p>\n<p>             earliest to enable the petitioner to receive the full pension<\/p>\n<p>             for the pensionable service of 33 years.
